The staff was amazing and...

Liked: Rosa and the other front desk ladies were exceptional. So kind, helpful, respectful and attentive. I wish I would’ve gotten all of their names but the staff was amazing and helpful when I needed extra items or had any questions.
Disliked: Some of the guests came and it was a packed weekend. But that’s not what was annoying, some of the guests could be quite rowdy or disrespectful as far as noise after 10 p.m. and sometimes early. And the guests were also really messy and that seemed difficult to keep up with that many adults leaving any garbage around. Has nothing to do with the staff, some people are just drunk or disrespectful like that.

my point of view

Liked: The room I got was clean, so I can't complain, and it was comfortable to rest.
Disliked: The truth is that what I didn't like was that one of the receptionists didn't have a friendly manner when dealing with customers, and I think that for that position you have to have a good personality for customers, and if you don't like your job you can look for another one, and I left the position for a friendlier person, there are many on the list and I don't remember their names, otherwise I would write it here.

Liked: The location and cost were decent.
Disliked: The mattress was thin and hard. The heater did not work and there were no extra blankets in the room. The night attendant was rude and unfriendly.

Liked: The receptionist was extremely rude for no reason. If she doesn’t enjoy her job she should consider a different job but for us that was the worst customer service I ever deal with
Disliked: A receptionist with a good personality
