Liked: I’d like the location and the rooms aren’t terrible they remodeled
Disliked: My room was full of cockroaches. I asked her for a return of my money. I didn’t even stay there. I went in the bathroom. They had to be 30 or 40 cockroaches. They come up into the bathtub. I was grossed out. I just went right to the counter got told them to give me my money back. I don’t know if they did or not, it was on a credit card.

Liked: That it’s very quiet and comfortable. They had some things running around.
Disliked: The little things that was running around they need to be more cleaner with the bathrooms and the linen, and they need to spray

Disliked: I didn't have any hot water. and someone else got booked for the same room that I was already occupying.

Disliked: The cleanliness. I found baby roaches crawling in broad daylight, the first room they put us in the door was wide open plus didn’t lock at all you could push it open and the second room you had to push/pull with your whole body to open/close. One mattress in the room was comfortable and the other mattress you could feel every spring as sank down to the wood platform it was sitting on.
