Stay away from this run...

Liked: The plus: convenient to family we were visiting. It has a decent sized fridge and a microwave. Housekeeping in our room was fine. Tv worked. Hot showers
Disliked: Soiled mattress, torn on edges. No waterproof mattress protector. Thin covers.Our son had multiple of issues with his room. Broken TV that would not turn off. A malfunctioning heating unit that would not adjust the temperature so it was either off and cold or running and tropical. He informed the front desk staff next morning after not being able to sleep all night due to the TV light shining and the temperature. He. requested room change. They told him they could not do it that night, but the following night. . NOBODY communicated the issues and they were not willing to give him another room. When I pushed the issue, I got a lot of excuses and zero help. They sent up the housekeeper who confirmed the TV was broken 2 days after he complained because I confronted them since I paid for his room. We moved him to a different hotel because they were non responsive. The sole reason stayed was because we had 2 dogs with us. No apology. All excuses.Also. Heavy police presence in parking lot regularly. The essence of a seedy hotel, though housekeeping keeps it fairly clean. Smacks if owner neglect. Never again!
