Disliked: Staff check in person was not very friendly. Beds were the worst very hard and pillows were flat.

Disliked: No pen ,no paper, no breakfast not even a continental breakfast, now a days all motel show provide a something to eat in the morning for there customers

Disliked: Motel 6 - Walton KYPre-paid for 2 day stay. Discover that refrigerator is not working. Let housekeeping and the desk manager know the next day, both gave me a "we'll have it checked out by the end of the day" shove off. Well that was hardly helpful so I suggested to the desk manager that since I have to check out early the following day, like 1 AM in the morning, could they possibly allow for the inconvenience of the refrigerator not working by allowing me a small adjustment in the final cost of the 2nd day, of which I hadn't stayed for the whole day anyway.... However, as it turned out, no I had no discount. That was my hard luck. I'm sure the situation would be different if it was the opposite way around.

Liked: Very convenient location. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and even gave us recommendations for local restaurants. Unbeatable value for the price.
