Never staying in a hotel...

Liked: It is cheap to stay but they don't return your deposit. I was there to visit and because someone help out my stuff in the room they said it was policy that everyone that steps into the room needs iD. I talked to supervisor I even ask and call for corporate office and they all stated the same thing " everyone that steps foot I side one if their rooms have to have ID, I said the person that help me didn't stay over just help me out my stuff in the room and they said that is policy" and the manage " said """" no one that don't have ID dron any state can put foot in the hotel, I told her that the person that help me didn't have ID from United States she said then what is the person doing in the hotel I told her that they had another form of ID she said no ID no stepping foot in the hotel. So be careful ask every little thing and detail that you think is not right.
Disliked: The staff is afraid of being fire, I was about to take a shower and the room had no soap no shampoo I called the front office and stayed that I was about to go in the shower id they can bring soon ir shampoo l, they said come get it, I said that I was completed naked but my boyfriend was waiting for me because we were going out she said no he need ID, and they can take stuff in the rooms I got mad.bi said he doesn hace one and they said then he has to leave the hotel no ID can't be here. So deposit gone, no towels or soap or just a bed with burning holes and a tv that will turn off every he. Dissatisfy to say the least
