Disliked: Well when I asked if AAA or AARP discounts could apply I was told the booking can’t be changed even though I hadn’t paid yet. I like to know I got the best rate and I was not assured that I did

Liked: Price
Disliked: The room was dirty, smelled like urine. There were hookers and homeless people sitting on the steps. Parking was very limited.

Very clean and comfortable

Liked: I love the big comfortable bed. Very very clean smelling. Close to everything, beaches, downtown Main Street and the swap meet. It’s actually much more comfortable than the other few hotels I tried. Great price
Disliked: I like most things about this property except some vagrants that are everywhere in Ventura.
