Disliked: Very dirty, room 323 had bed bugs, my legs were totally covered in bug bites, cockroach on the floor couldn’t even complete my stay and the staff was rude and hung up on me several times and refused to give me a refund even though I couldn’t complete my stay. Very unpleasant,unprofessional and nasty.
