Adequate in an emergency situation

Disliked: There was only one very thin bath towel for 1 weel. I went out and purchased my own bath towels. The bed was very soft -difficult to get comfortable.

Liked: The price was good and the room was clean
Disliked: The bed was super low quality and hurt both our backs and the 2 pillows provided were not good at all. The fridge made a high pitched sound that kept me awake.

Cheap, broken and smelly!!

Liked: The staff were friendly and professional especially Jen and Dylan. They do their absolute best to try to accommodate everyone.
Disliked: Well I was traveling for work, and ended up needing to stay another week, I had to get permission from the manager to stay another week because you’re not allowed to stay more than 10 days at one time!! The room stunk of cigarette smoke, the bedframe was broken, the room was filthy, the lights went out over the sink and in the shower despite my having asked for replacements, it was never done. There was a man living in his truck on the property for the entire two weeks I was there, he used the lawn and trees as his own personal bathroom. Numerous complaints about this that I heard of, and nothing was done. Close to I5 and LOUD all day and night. Garbage all over property, grounds not kept well.
