Disliked: When booking the room in the picture, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, but when I arrived, the receptionist said that the room I booked did not have it, but the hotel had to post pictures with those appliances because of technical limitations, so I had to pay extra.I checked in and paid the deposit along with the room charge at the same time. Before checking out, I asked the receptionist. She said that she would refund the deposit within 7-10 days. But now, it's been almost a month and I still haven't seen the money returned. I sent an email to ask about it, but there's been no response.

Quick stay

Liked: Gaby was very sweet and accommodating. Room was clean and well made up by Ramona.
Disliked: The shower would turn on by itself and the TV would shut off by itself. Air and light leakage around the main door.
