Liked: The staff morning staff was amazing. I forgot something important in my room but couldn’t return immediately to retrieve my item and when I called they were understanding and retrieved the item and held on to it until I was able to return. The location was great for the event I was attending.
Disliked: Upon entering the room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The only way to keep the smell at bay was running the fan however it was sucking the air in of someone smoking marijuana (not the property’s fault).

Disliked: I left my phone charger, gave them after 2 hours as soon as I realized I left my phone charger in the room.the reception got my number promised to call me back and never did.that just sucks, what if the item forgotten were more valuable.

Very disappointing & scary!

Liked: Convenient location to Desert Botanical Gardens; enough hot water in shower; comfy bed
Disliked: Where do I begin? disturbing vagrants or scruffy people hanging around blocking walkways -- didn't feel safe at night; cigarette burns on the bathtub; low, small toilet; only 1 roll of toilet paper; no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, coffee maker, coffee or tea; only 2 skimpy bars of soap; only one hand towel; long hairs on clean bath towels; no safety bars around slippery tub; only 2 outlets in entire room taken up by microwave & refrigerator; top sheet on top of blanket, instead of under it. This place has seen better days & needs upgrading. I would never stay here again!
