Emergency motel

Liked: The staff was polite, cheerful and welcoming... The room has a microwave, fridge and was clean... They put me in a room 321 that was occupied but they were kind enough to get me another one...
Disliked: Room328-The room had no wash cloths, the heater didn't work, some lights didn't work, the door was hard to open and close...

Liked: nothing was as advertised
Disliked: The room was very dated. very heavy odor of bleach filled the room. Furnishings were damaged and had "tape" covering the damage. there were holes in the wall. the lights did not work in the bathroom and the towel bars was missing. The tv was damage (Green hue) and only had one channel. The door had visible daylight on the top and doorknob side. We ended up accepting the loss of the cost of the room, left and found other accommodations.
