Liked: The people in the office were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The toilet had no cover; there was no shampoo/conditioner; TV was very old; one speaker was broken.

Pleasant

Liked: It is right by the Old Town
Disliked: Heater dies not work, keep in mind that toiletries are not provided for non upgraded rooms.

Liked: The staff was prompt to my request to look at the heater.
Disliked: The heater did not work at all the room was cold and the bed was very uncomfortable

Not great!!!!!

Liked: It was centrally located for what I needed. The room next to mine was raided by the sheriff’s!! People in cars just sitting there then driving away! At times I did not feel safe!!!!
Disliked: Get security see my above comment!!!

Liked: It was walking distance to Old Town
Disliked: The guy that was in parking lot the whole time we were there. He stood out there all night and day
