Booked a room 4 hours before going to the motel and when we got there she said sorry we are all booked. So we will NEVER stay or try to stay there.

Disliked: Over night clerk was rude made us leave the lobby and put us out in the cold waiting for booking. Com to change our stay dates

Liked: The only thing I like was the front desk. Ms.Crystal ,Mrs T was great
Disliked: We had to change rooms 3 times . No heat in the first room , the 2nd room It's was nasty the bathroom was not cleaned the bed look like was one slept in the bed. And no discount on the room and we stayed 2 nights. Especially when you come down there and complain multiple times the only thing they can tell you they working on it.
