Disappointing

Management Issue

Liked: Didn’t see it.
Disliked: I never saw the property. The staff was unbending to the fact that I obviously registered for 2 nights and I called within 10 minutes of making the error. I felt any service minded manager would have made an exception but they never even called me back. I found another motel, I lost my money but I was so annoyed I didn’t want to use their Motel 6!

Liked: The location was fine.
Disliked: Everything. Moved rooms three times, each room was awful. One hadn’t been cleaned, one had a broken heater and the faucet had only hot water (no cold), and the last one had the door propped wide open with a towel on the bed when I walked up. Turned around and asked for a refund.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clear the room, I really appreciate.
Disliked: The location area, cause has some guys on the street around the motel.
