My stay was convenient, despite...

Liked: The room was fairly comfortable , clean and cozy. It was appropriate as it was a place to rest and prepare. I liked it and would return. Also liked the fact my room was cleaned up in the day when I returned from my function I came back to a clean room spread bed.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that when I arrived they only had smoking rooms, please be aware I noted in my booking I would get in after 11pm and also I wanted non smoking room. I ended up arriving after 1am. , the lobby doors were locked and guest were being served on the outside, however the receptionist let me in because I told her i was very cold. They offered to give me a change of room the next day but I was at a function all day and in the end I stayed in the smoking room for the duration of my 3 day stay. The room had me and all my clothing smelling like residual smoke. The receptionist said I should have called but what is the point of making a booking and being asked question like room and arrival time if I still have to call, plus I had no way of calling because I was travelling all day on airplanes leaving from 2pm in one time zone and arriving after 11pm in another time zone by time I got off plane and got transportation it was after 1am . I had no way of calling. Next time if a room is booked it should be READY AND WAITING FOR YOU!!!!!!

Mediocre

Liked: The rooms are really small and there is no coffee in the rooms or in the office. Fortunately there’s a Starbucks a few steps away. The shower is a very small, short one piece fiberglass stall that has definitely seen better days, many cracks and chunks that have been caulked over. I am only 5’4 and 140 pounds and I had to scrunch down to get my upper body wet. It would be quite uncomfortable for a larger person. The beds were fine and it was clean. The office staff are quite uninterested in their guests and prefer to speak Spanish to each other as you are checking in or out. I will not go back but it wasn’t horrible.
