Liked: That it’s a block away from my destination & I was able to get there with no issues.
Disliked: I got put on the “do not rent” list because some how without my approval and acknowledgment my guest that night before became the main name on the booking and I was “the guest “ later that evening I was told I had to provide my Identification otherwise I would be kicked out of my OWN ROOM!!!!

Alright for 1 night

Liked: The price was very affordable. I liked the location for what I was doing.
Disliked: They threatened to throw us out of the hotel on the first day we got there, literally like 1 hour after checking in. Therefore I would rate this hotel low and very low on customer service. When I was checking in I saw one unhappy customer talking to the people at the front desk about how he was treated regarding a problem he had. The people behind the hotel counter were not trying to appease him or be apologetic to him.He was not loud or using any inappropriate language.No one showed empathy to him or offer "how can I make it better for you?".This location needs improvement in customer service.
