Liked: The older lady at the front desk was very kind and was very helpful to me.
Disliked: The room was ugly. It appeared clean but really wasn't. The sheets had big stains on them. The paint was chipping off in places. They had caca roaches. My daughter had left a half eaten banana out on the dresser when we all went to sleep. I woke up a couple hours later to use the restroom and there was 3 caca roaches on the counter where the banana was. Ugh so gross. The door to the room was extremely hard to open or close. And the dead bolt thing would pop open out of nowhere and would be almost impossible to get back in so you could close the door. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and they had all kinds of drug addicts there asking for money and if we wanted to buy drugs. Diffently not a motel you want to bring your kids to.

Disliked: The heating was not sufficient. The room was cold all night. They just told me to turn on heat pump ac by window to heat and max ... but the air coming out was never hot ...

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the motel was full of cock roaches. The bathroom didn't even have a door and the air conditioner was disgusting.

Liked: Convenient location, clean room, pleasant staff
Disliked: The parking lot was ice and snow covered - very hard to traverse (all the other parking lots around the area were clear); mattress was terrible; encountered a few roaches; very spartan room with uncomfortable wooden chairs and no mini-fridge.
