Disliked: Neighbor across from me wouldn’t stop yelling nonsense for 3 hours on and off. And when police came they didn’t answer their door. Then they started screaming again at 7 am in the morning. Could’ve at least offered to move me to another room or floor.

Very good

Liked: I liked that they accommodated me with my request of the first floor by a door easier for me and my pet
Disliked: No refrigerator or microwave not a good selection of TV channels

Disliked: There was no hot water in the room... they did not come up and address it at all...

Liked: What did I like about it? Well, pretty much nothing one of the rudest staffs I’ve ever dealt with. They were more concerned about you using a towel than your comfort or making you stay better was putting in a room with a broken TV as you can tell I didn’t like anything really One of the employees called me stupid and then I was kicked out by security one hour before for complaining that we never had a TV that worked and all they were concerned about is the towels that we used and they won’t give you a towel to save your life No lock doors anywhere all doors entry door doors are open. We can walk in there or wherever the people at the front desk, talk foreign language and you know they’re talking crap about you nothing.
Disliked: What I like about the property but what I didn’t like about property I like to hate this property. There’s dog species everywhere trash people in and out all night staying there or someone else homeless people hang out around the camping in the parking lot there’s people camping in the parking lot Near the door is open with the car. None of the doors work oh yeah, don’t ask for two keys don’t ask for more towels oh and if you make any complaints or you become a hassle, they call their own private security and have you kicked out when they are just not accommodating at all and rude oh and thanks for putting us in two rooms that had two broken TVs and once again when we asked for help with the TVs, all they wanted to talk about is the towels we used and the guy at the front desk called me stupid

Next time we’ll spring for...

Liked: Nothing, it was the cheapest option.
Disliked: It’s in bad disrepair. It smells like cigarettes and urine. The pillows should have been thrown away long ago and they were covered in hair. The bathroom sink didn’t drain, and there were cockroaches in our room. There seem to be some sketchy full time residents and someone asked us for drugs while we were walking to our room.
