Horrible I’m never going back.

Disliked: Arrived and had to wait two hours in the cold because they’re system wasn’t working when I got in the room not even 2hrs into being there I get sick with the flu and had to check out early, as I’m checking out they give me a hard time trying to take my money because of stained sheets. Poor customer service both times I tried to express myself at check in and check out and they kept talking over me.
