A bad choice

Liked: Yhr location
Disliked: There was no kettle in the room.The bins were not emptied, the towels or bed linen was not changed for the duration of my stay 4 nights. Some of the staff were good others could not care less. The pool was filthy.

Disliked: The property was disgusting, trash everywhere.

Excellent Stay, Positive Atmosphere, Attention...

Liked: Esmeralda and Candace are by far the best manager and assistant manager that I have ever seen at a property. Lusia is also one of the best front desk staff being so welcoming to guests in the morning. What I like about this team, is that they remember your preferences for your next stay. Without even asking they will put you in a preferred room you asked for months ago. Additionally they are committed to guest satisfaction and guest safety. The night workers are also a joy to have conversations with. Will be back!
