Liked: The hotel is quite iv never had any issues there
Disliked: When we checked In no towels in the room I had to go to the desk 3 times and the girl finally did something I thought it was a little much

Rude staff

Liked: The area
Disliked: The staff was very rude! I was asked if I had a pet and I said yes. A pug, she weighs 19lbs. He never said I needed any paperwork for her or I would have brought it. Absolutely awful. After driving 6hrs from home I am told he won't allow us to stay. Asked how much she weighs again. Says well maybe I can let u stay then when I was about to grab my pup so he can see she was little and an older dog he laughed and said no. Like it was a joke. I do not recommend anyone staying here. This must be why it's such awful reviews.
