Disliked: The sheets and blankets were dirty with hair. Had to strip the beds and ask for clean bedding. Surfaces covered with sticky spilled liquids. Smelled bad and stale.

Dirty and didn't feel safe

Liked: Great staff and shuttle drivers! So nice and helpful.
Disliked: Pubic hair in the shower. Bed had bedbugs probably, incredibly itchy all night and couldn't sleep. The floor was sticky and there was something splattered on the wall behind the bed. The dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. Literally took over 30 minutes running the water for hot water to come out of the shower. I was worried about the screaming baby down the hall, smoke poured out of their room whenever they opened the door, considered calling child services. Wasn't bothered by the loudness of the crying, but for the safety of the child. The staff, however, was lovely.
