Liked: The customer service rep exceeded our expectations with excellent customer service skills. She was very polite and informative. The room was clean and very spacious. There was a lot of open storage space and a huge table to work, eat or organize when unpacking and re-packing. The location is on a public transit route which can take you to other buses or the trains to get around the city. The showers were hot, the heat and air system worked wonderfully as well. The area was quiet at night and there is a laundry room for guests to use on the property.
Disliked: I didn't like the smell of the room. Initially, it had a very strong chemical smell. Possibly because they had just cleaned it.The location is very close to the airport but there isn't much to do in the area.The bathroom was extremely small with a full size bathtub and toilet which left very little space to move around. It would also have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

A nightmare of a motel...

Liked: A nightmare of a motel , I don’t recommend it. T.V wasn’t working , heating as well, people were smoking and noisy beside our room , the sinks facet was about to fall out …no microwave or a water pot to boil some water. When I checked out I complaint and they said “the manager” would call us back , I did not receive a call . I would not recommend this motel / a terrible stay .
