THE WORST NIGHTMARE

Liked: great location, walk to old town.
Disliked: the worst staff at front desk. No one smiled, said welcome, thanks. Instead they SHOUTED AT ME SEVERAL TIMES !!! BIZARRE!!! HEATER SPEWDED OUT SICKENING BURNT ELECTRICAL WIRES, SERIOUS FIRE HAZARD. FRONT DESK REFUSED TO SWITCH ROOM, FIX HEATER, GIVE BLANKETS, 40F AT NIGHT I COULDNT SLEEP. Room key didn't work half of the times.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and they make it easy for you if you want to extend at the last minute 🤗,and I thank you . It’s clean and beds are comfortable

Liked: Location of the property was good. It was quiet. Parking was decent
Disliked: Right off the bat, the old lady at the front desk was a sourpuss. Just a bad demeanor. The pillows were extremely hard. I think they were stuffed with bricks. The mattress was very uncomfortable as well. It had more lumps in my mother‘s oatmeal.

Disliked: The check in clerk was rude..complaining that she was the only one working and also had to be in the phone and then disappeared to a back room out of site, never apologizing for the delays. The check in process was very slow as multiple people had arrived to check in and the clerk was clearly frazzled. In the morning, the coffee was empty and we opted to leave the hotel quickly. Having said that the room was clean, but had trouble keeping the room warm as there was only one light blanket on the bed and the heater was not keeping the room warm
