Disliked: My stay was extremely disappointing; the receptionist was incredibly rude when I asked for a TV remote, dismissively stating the TV was just for show and non-functional. The room smelled strongly of marijuana, and despite calling reception for 51 minutes with no answer, when I finally went in person, the receptionist shouted at me, insulted me, and mockingly suggested reporting to Booking.com wouldn’t affect her or the hotel.
