Liked: Comfortable quiet privacy plenty of hot water for baths
Disliked: Laura seemed rather grimy dirty as my feet showed dirt on stepping into bath shower

Liked: Property in a beautiful part of town.
Disliked: Absolutely stank of damp, people smoking even though it’s a non smoking building. The sheet and blanket was like a tablecloth. Take warm clothes and a gas mask or even better stay somewhere else.

Disliked: there where cockroaches in the hotel room crawling in the walls and we killed 2 that were in the bed!

The location, room and staff...

Liked: The front counter Staff Jesus was very informative and pleasant. Due to our dog not liking stairs (which we actually didn't know for recently adopted her) he was great and switched us to a ground room. The location is close to my family home and great location.
Disliked: We couldn't get the WIfi to work but fine.
