Could have been better

Liked: That I was able to check in quick. The receptionist was efficient.
Disliked: That I asked for an extra blanket didn’t get it and asked for a room on the second floor didn’t get it as well. I did get a confirmation saying that they were able to grant the two requests I made. During the night the smoke alarm went off tried to call the the receptionist but the phone didn’t work so called on my cell. The receptionist was quick and came to change the smoke alarm but within a few hours bit went off again. On the mattress there were crumbs or something all over the bed

Liked: Location was close to airport
Disliked: Noise. People upstairs were noisy and up til early morning hours. I believe it was a dog who was running around and very loud.

Disliked: The sound of the heating system was extremely loud. So that I woke up several times during my sleep
