Liked: parking/no pet fee and are allowed
Disliked: tilex mold and mildew. will easily solve your mold problems. make it much easier for cleaning staff. spray it on let it set. few minutes all mold gone. recommend hand held shower head so staff can rinse shower easily. customers especially elderly really like them.

Liked: Nothing this property needs to be demolished. It’s infested with bedbugs and cockroaches!!! Booking refuse to compensate. Look elsewhere try Agoda or hopper!!!

Liked: The price is great. The location is great. That's about it.
Disliked: The service was terrible. Rude front desk worker at every stop.

All and all, we had...

Liked: Location is not very far from all the waterfronts activities. Within walking distance to all of them. Private parking which is a must in San Francisco.
Disliked: The tear on the floor that could be trip hazard. Maybe more quite heater fan.

Liked: Property is good, we check in for one king size bed, we found only one set of towels, we called the office asking for one more set, they respond no towels left, we must wait for 45 minutes, it’s 8pm , we waited for one hour and whole night, no calls nor towel bring to the room, we have to share that set, we were friends travel of 4, check in for 2 king size room’s that night
