Anxiety inducing and infuriating

Liked: Some of the staff were outstanding while others were impatient short tempered or outright fasitcious
Disliked: Roaches all over room, loud cleaning staff, and quite sure I heard someone get raped

Liked: Elevator was not working. They did not honor my requests. Property surroundings were not to clean or good. Property look run down
Disliked: Elevator were not working and I and handicapped therefore made special requests but they didn’t honor. When made reservation Expedia said they didn’t have a problem to comply with request however now I know that answer came straight from Expedia. Is best to book through property than this sites from Trivago not good

Liked: The location is cheap and close to downtown.
Disliked: Some of the rooms are different. I like the room with the sink in the bathroom and longer mirrors.

Disliked: I didn’t like the room cuz they didn’t have shower curtain and no hot water but I reported and the staff moved me to a other room very happy with that
