We loved our stay here. It was very inexpensive, and only 10 minutes away from the Sleep Train Amphitheatre. The rooms were clean and very spacious, with friendly staff and great wifi. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a little sketchy from the outside. Not very much parking. But rooms weren't bad. Smelled clean.

Liked: The gentleman at both check-in and check-out was terrific! I wish I could remember his name. We noticed there was an AARP discount and were looking for our AARP cards but we'd left them at home. Apparently he heard us. When we went to check-n [booked at booking.com] he gave us the AARP discount without question. We're in our late 70's so that was a wonderful discount he gave us! He was so great! He should be recognized by Motel 6 as a fantastic host! The room was perfect for us and was VERY CLEAN! The queen bed was as comfortable as ours is at home. That's great because we both have back and neck injuries. The location is good for us. This is the fourth time we've stayed here for our visit to Imperial Beach. It's the most affordable place to stay close to the beach and the pier.
Disliked: Honestly, after our fourth stay, the only thing we'd like extra would be a coffee maker in the room.

Disliked: Everything was okay but check out for people who come book a room late at night should at least be given a 24 hour stay please.
