Exceptional

A bargain, but definitely need...

Liked: The property was close to the Frost Bank Center (where we attended a Jellyroll concert) and the San Antonio Zoo. The bathroom was clean. The closet was large! There was a microwave & minifridge. The ice machine (outside) was easily accessible. Our room had plenty of space. We appreciate the no pet charge for bringing our dog with us. The front desk clerk was helpful when asked where the nearest ATM machine was.
Disliked: There was not enough light in the room. There were two lights, one on each side of the bed, but no overhead light so there was no way we could comfortably eat, play games, or do work at the small table provided. The bed headboard fell partially off the wall. There was no dresser to put anything in or on if you like to unpack your suitcases when you travel.

Comfortable, affordable, great location.

Liked: The Location, it was easy to get too.

The WORST STAY EVER

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Had issues opening the door, one of the lights did not work, the room was EXTREMELY HIT, and the AC barely worked, it took about 3 hours to finally cool down, even after cold showers, and there were stains which appeared to be BLOOD splatter in the door. I ended up leaving the room at 5/6 a.m. NEVER AGAIN!!

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The entire stay there was no TV again and the staff was uninterested in hearing about it. This is my second stay with no TV. The staff didn't care then or now.

Liked: Close to where I needed to be
Disliked: Left early one morning tried to call desk to ask to not disturb my room called multiple times could not get anyone to answer even went to front windows and no one would come after ringing the bell multiple times morning of check out before 11 am staff knocked on door and phone kept ringing I know check out time is 11 not sure why they kept rushing me before then
