Disappointing

Needs more work.

Liked: Bedding was cooling.
Disliked: Noisy night time guests, room could be humid. Flies present on inspecting room, a/c needs filter change. Smelled of mildew in bathroom. No chairs, microwave, or fridge in room. TV had no channels, or an Internet connection to stream. Staff at check in, had attitude, their pos card reader is buggy.

Disliked: Nothing like the photos. The staff was not welcoming. They show up do their job. But don't care about customer service. The bed was terrible. There were stains && cigarette burns in the bedsheets.

Liked: Mina and Dj staff were amazing and of great help!!!

Liked: Very comfortable bed, other guest were very quiet. Convenient access to I-35, both North and South. Plenty of power outlets near bed.
Disliked: Overhead lighting a little dark

Disliked: Beds were hard pillows were paper thin floors were nasty
