Liked: The staff was excellent. The location was great for downtown. The amount of homeless people is concerning. Not that any were out of line. if you have children, i would not recommend staying here. For me, the location was why I chose it. The room was somewhat clean. The bed had no bugs and was comfortably firm. I needed a quick place to visit a sick family member 1.5 miles away they were concerned, they knew the area. If you visit the McDonald next door, they have a police officer on duty.

Liked: Great value; Clean enough, friendly staff and good location for its price.

Cheap and clean

Liked: Hotel was basic, but clean and did the job for the price paid. Especially in a tourist area such as San Antonio.
Disliked: Area surrounding the hotel was a little down with quite a few homeless. But we only used the room to sleep in so didn't really affect our stay

The place was okay.

Liked: The room was spacious and location was close to the Market Square.
Disliked: No breakfast. No cleaning service. I was not satisfied with the value for money in comparison with another recent stay.

Really good

Liked: The stay at the motel was good; there was really a balance between price and quality. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and willing to help. Everything was fine for the two nights we stayed. There is a McDonald’s next door, which made it easy for us to find food quickly.
