Disappointing

Liked: The location is convenient. That's the only positive thing I can say about this motel.
Disliked: Room had roaches. The shower is oddly designed and the shower curtain was missing lots of hooks so water got all over the floor. The room itself was the smallest motel room I have ever seen and the AC temp or fan speed wouldn't adjust. The blond, female manager doesn't know the first thing about friendly or good customer service. I fact, she's just plain rude and seems miserable at her job.

Disliked: The second bed was not made - and the mattress was BLACK with dirt. The floor in the entire room was sticky.

Liked: Outside trashcans were overflowing. Breakfast was only coffee. Vending machines were empty. Laundry access was padlocked. Our first room was infested with cockroaches & other bugs. Our second room had not been cleaned (used towels, used linens, trash on the dresser/desk), the chair was missing, the towels were threadbare, the bathroom door was splitting, and the shower curtain had pink mold at least a foot high. Light bulbs were out in both rooms. The pool is not usable - it was tarped, but not safely...a huge safety risk.I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN MY CAR
Disliked: Everything! I cried for 2 full days due to this horrific experience and there not being a single other room in town for the weekend. That property should be shut down!
