I showed up to signs in the glass doors saying "CASH ONLY". I happened to be staying for 2 nights. Nowhere in my reservation did it say it was going to be cash only. Luckily, I had dropped by the bank earlier and actually had the cash to cover. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There was old toothpaste in the sink, because it WASN'T CLEANED PROPERLY. The bed covers had CIGARETTE BURNS in them. The batteries in the remote were dead, and when we wrote to ask for them to be replaced, it was IGNORED. I asked if there was a hot tub on the premises, and I was snickered at and rudely told "Yeah, a bathtub". A simple no would have sufficed. Never again...

Disliked: I stayed for two nights on the way to SF from LA and on the way back to LA. On my first night there, when I went into my bed after putting my kids to sleep, I felt there’s sand in my bed. So, I complained about it next morning and asked a staff member to change my bedsheets. On my second night, I still felt it.. they seemed to make my bed but didn’t change the sheets inside… I disappointed. I checked the other beds but they were ok. No hair dryer. My room keys weren’t suddenly working twice.. I should have spent extra money on stays.
