I just needed a room...

Liked: The location was inline with the what i needed for thr trip.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: They gave away room first night. Had asked for handicapped . The only one they had was upstairs ( which were not cleared of the snow) walker not able to get up. No elevator.Never did get the parking cleared from all the snow 36 hrs later.No working TV.No strips in tub or mat to assist in not falling.

Disliked: I booked on here in advance. No where does it say only 2 pets allowed. I drove 14 hours to get denied at 2200. Offered to pay a fee or even get an additional room and was told no. They still charged me for the room. I was left in a horrible situation and charged for it. Shameful. I’ve stayed at motel 6s from Washington State to here just this week with zero issues about my pets!

Liked: The staff was nice. That's the only plus I have.
Disliked: Cigarette burns in comforter..hanging smoke detector..blood on the ceiling..no shower curtain..and the plunger on the door don't hold.
