Put me off Motel 6

Disliked: Ancient lumpy bed, massive amounts of noise, debited my credit card for a security deposit and took ages to get it back.

Liked: Close to university for marching band competition.
Disliked: Room wasn't clean, had a bad smell when you first walked in the room, a/c turned off only blew hot air, gum stuck on lamps, phone didn't work, bathroom was filthy. It was like they just made the bed to look like it was cleaned, front door was broken and couldn't latch to lock it. No parking because they allow people to park trailers in parking lot that take up 7 parking spaces, ice machines not working and I the rate I had to pay was not worth it. No breakfast offered just juice, coffee or hot cocoa. Would never stay here again.

Liked: Well , We only ( kind of liked the place when we got there ! because we were both pissed off ,with each other from arguing about things up until we got there ! ( my wife with me , and me with her ! ) , and that argument seemed from the both of us being pissed off to differing degrees , with the extremely poor quality and the very low almost non existing wifi reliability in the area , including that to the areas around the motel ( Not so much at the motel itself , ( the motel was marginally ok , like most all motel 6 locations are hat we have stayed at ! ) ! but as it was , it was ok , but being in St George utah , and in that corner of the state with the.on and off of the Wi-Fi services and telephone services ! And with the extremely poor quality of what was in the area , it gave nothing nothing but problems to me , and then again , the morning of the next day when we checked out and I was trying to contact bookings .com about a mistake they made on my reservation , but no matter what I tried , it would not connect , even right out in front of the motel office ,, and I have not been able to contact you to tell you about this issue of what transpired before we even arrived there to the motel ! And however this turns out , is up to bookings.com , and I'm sure that you will correct the issue in our favor , and it will be to my satisfaction ! The nite all this happened , the nite staff at the motel was only able to do one thing to help us , and that was to do the only thing that they could , and that was to rent us the room on the spot when we got there , but at least they took the initiative to help me some , and were able gave us the room I wanted ( the same room that I could not get from bookings.com because they screwed up my check in and check out dates and the motel fixed the rook problem , but said I had to talk to bookings.com to get my money refunded back to me for for my dual room rental , a problem caused by bookings .
Disliked: Well since it is now almost 2:30 am and the box above this one already contains the answers to both questions you have asked me , so please read it because I'm tired and I'm not retyping it all over again !

This was pleasantly surprising and...

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the Red Hills Desert Garden. Also close to the main highway to that goes north to Zion National Park.
Disliked: Can't really think of any.

Liked: great and accomodating staff.

Disliked: it was cold cold and the hearter wasn't working I asked for a space heater and was told they were in storage, the bed mattresses were very old and very uncomfortable. needless to say I wasn't able to sleep well, I will never book a room with Motel 6

Great and clean place to...

Liked: Great location to stay if you’re heading to Zion and other national parks to the area. Being a block away from places to eat is a bonus.
Disliked: Bit of a nitpick - the lobby entrance could be cleaner and the coffee in the morning could be refilled often.
