Disliked: Everything. Cleanliness was bad. Service was bad. Total stay was ruined. Outlets don’t work. Discrimination staff threaten to kick us out because we wanted to complain to booking.com and corporate. We had to clean out own room and use our own linen and towels.

our stay was both comfortable...

Liked: it was clean, and conveniently located around food/coffee options, which was great and helpful. i loved that the parking was gated, it made our stay feel more secure in an unfamiliar area. the beds were super comfy and the staff was helpful when asking for extra items. there was a separate room for ice, microwave, and vending machines which was helpful for our 5 day stay. our room had a fridge too!
Disliked: not much to complain about. the bathroom floors needed a sweep before we got there but not a big deal.
