Disliked: The room was flooded,called the front desk clerk,he said he would be up in 5 minutes, he never came by then after waiting over an hour ..I had to use the towels to dry the floor some..

Liked: The second room was nice even if it didn't have the roll-in shower I booked.
Disliked: Not being able to shower. Also their deposit refund info was completely bogus. I still don't know if they credited me for the deposit or not.

Motel 6, A quality service...

Liked: The Motel 6 tele-operator has all been very helpful and courteous each time I called in for a question on the room I booked and have even upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost. The sight facility associates are just the same. They explain everything thoroughly and generally give me the impression that they are happy to welcome me to stay.
