Liked: The front desk person(a lady), was definitely a good customer service employee.
Disliked: The price & location.

Pleasant

Liked: Water pressure and temperature was good. A/C system worked well.
Disliked: When we first got there, they initially assigned us a room that already had a guest in it. We had to wait about 20 minutes in the lobby for a new room. And the TV only played one channel.

Poor

Liked: The room was dirty, (dirty qtips in the corner by the trash can; hair in the shower, not ours); pillows were <1/4 inch thick. Very disappointing to have clean the shower before taking a shower. And the Qtip in the floor was really gross !
