Motel 6-Rowland Heights CA - Los Angeles - Pomona, Rowland Heights

Would not recommend for long stays or family vacations. Overnight stop OK. Have had better experiences with other Motel 6 in the past.

Liked: Front desk personnel were friendly; room was clean; price was reasonable.
Disliked: Had to pay for daily Wi-Fi for each laptop; lack of shampoo and lotion which I'm used to finding at other hotels; smelled muggy; A/C unit made cranking noise; no lock on bathroom door.

Disliked: Roaches in the room, VERY uncomfortable bed & was not provided a blanket (only a sheet), shower still had hair from previous people & the area was very ghetto.

Disliked: Disgusting refrigerator dead bugs all over the place live ones crawling around deadbolt didn't work a lot of vagrant people parking lots around the hotel rooms very uncomfortable feeling washer and dryer area very dirty and disgusting the washing machine came alive and moved 3 ft away from the wall the other one was broken disgusting would not recommend

Disliked: The room was horrible TV had no power cable to it and the AC did not work, I also tried asking the staff for some extra towels I was told to come back after their lunch which I understand they're at lunch but handing me two towels would have not inconvenience them too much. Very unsatisfied with the whole stay

Liked: I was provided amazing service by the front desk the young lady was so nice and answered all of my questions and made my stay comfortable
Disliked: The TV did not power on by the remote you had to turn the TV on physically on the TV made the remote useless

This is not the place...

Liked: There was nothing to like about this place. I called this hotel before booking the place. Front desk person told me if I book it she would take my reservation and check me in at 2:30am and check out at 11am. Once I get to property, she told me she won’t be able to check me in. I asked her if there is anyway she would help me, she was like she can’t. I called booking.com to help me cancel this reservation, however booking.com agent was able to get exception to check me in at 4am. I was not able to check in until5:30am. I am very sure that front desk operator did this intentionally as if I had come as walk in she would have been able to check me in but she made us wait till 5:30am. This was really bad service and room we received didn’t have any towels, or shampoo. We were so tired that we just slept and didn’t bother to even use any amenities in the room. I would never recommend this motel. We knew motel stay was not going to be as expected like other hotel we prefer but we had to use this motel as last resort. We had terrible experience and would definitely condemn anyone to even bother to check this place.
