My room had garbage on the floor; spider webs and bugs in the bathroom; dirt all over the chair; the unfriendly staff had no extra pillows or blankets; our TV had a wire hanging out of it. We stayed with no TV throughout our stay, and out of the 3 people I spoke to, none of them ever came to check on it like they promised. One of the kids could have gotten seriously injured with the stripped wire hanging out of our TV. I was glad I only stayed for one night.
Liked: One of the cleaning women was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting our handicap needs.
Disliked: Most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered.

DO NOT DO IT!!!!
Liked: Free airport shuttle and the fact you could open the windows to air out the nasty.
Disliked: This hotel should be removed from any online listing. It calls itself a Motel 6 but I am positive they do not meet any of their requirements. It is disgusting, loud, and filthy. They make you pay a $100 damage deposit and put you in a trashed room. Plugs and cords everywhere. Nothing hooked up. Heater/AC unit didn't even work. Windows are able to be opened which gave me the pleasure of watching some person stick their head out the wind, vomit on the main walk and then close his window. Vomit and garbage was still there this morning. You can even breathe in there due to the overwhelming smell of marijuana anywhere you walked. I live in Las Vegas so I have seen some stuff and smelled weed but this sorry excuse for a hotel needs to be condemned!!!!

It's was good nothing to...
Liked: I like my room and bed I missed breakfast the 5 days I stayed I really would've liked if it would have been later in the morning. Staff wasn't very friendly or inviting and definitely not welcoming. The lady at the front desk acted annoyed when I asked to get a spare key incase I lost mine or got locked out of my room so I wouldn't have to go to the desk and bother them about letting me in or making another key for me. Also when I first got there and gave her my booking information she acted highly annoyed. When I was only trying to be helpful and maybe make it a little easier on her to find my reservation. Not only that she more focused on her cellphone and conversation she was having on it to actually answer any of my questions. She rolled her eyes a few times walked off grab something and came back like it bothered her to go get what I had asked for which was another set of towels I know there's some in the room but I planned on showering once I was checked in and got to my room and get up pretty early so I wanted another set for the morning. Basically to save me a trip down to the front desk and having another negative annoyed encounter with her. I highly wanted to avoid that. I asked for the wifi log in info and she snapped and said ma'am it's in your room. It's very simply to connect to the wifi here if you have any issues just come back down and ask. So I let that go and finish getting my things together and headed to my room. When I got to my room there was nothing in there with wifi information to log in or password. I stayed for 5 days total so it took me awhile to unpack and get things situation because I had also brought my 2 cats who are both Registered with New York State their both my Emotional Support Animals.
Disliked: The Staff could have been nicer and more helpful instead of being annoyed by simple yes or no questions I wasn't asking anything that was ridiculous. I asked for an extra room key another set of towels and the wifi information to be able to connect to the wifi. Those were the only questions I asked. Nothing to be so ridiculously annoyed over where she had to roll her eyes and say I can't wait to clock out and go home I'm sick of dealing with these people. Mind you she was on her cellphone the entire time and she made that comment right in front of me and to whom ever she was talking to on her phone. I try to make sure I have everything I may need at check in then have to come down 3 or 4 times asking for this or asking for that. I understand their busy I get I used to work in customer service. But to have that kind of ugly negative attitude in hospitality is ridiculous. She definitely needs someone to speak with her and explain how to interact better with her customers and guest. Even the man behind me said to me after I had went back outside to my car to grab the rest of belongings WOW I can't believe she still has a job with that attitude disregard for her guests needs. I told him I used to work in customer service and we all have good days and bad ones maybe today wasn't a good one for her she seemed to be the only one there working at the time. I'm not sure if the other staff member was maybe on break or maybe she was the only one there. But there's a point where you need to take better control of your emotions and mood. And treat all of your guest in a welcoming manner and be friendly ask if your guests if they have any questions about their stay or need anything else. And then help them and remain positive and help them to the best of ability.
