Disliked: Room smells bad. Remote control was super dirty. The employee at the front desk was super mad and was cursing at the cusomers ( Friday morning).

Disliked: Couldn't switch me to a room with a fridge when the facility was practically empty. Room had bugs and the older guy at the front desk is always rude

Disliked: Poorly maintained. No one obeyed the no smoking sign. Heavy pot smell. Dingy lighting. Smoke detectors covered in plastic. Major fire code violation.

Disliked: Beds and pillows were like sleeping in the floor. Super hard.Floors through the facility were dirty. Although our floor was non smoking when we left the whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke.
