NIGHTMARE

Liked: NOTHING. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN. DONT ANSWER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS. HANG UP ON YOU.
Disliked: HOMELESS CAMP. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY. HERE!!! I WILL EVER GO HERE AGAIN. Got BAD VIBES right away!! Asked for ID from everyone staying in the room. On the way to the room, Homeless people laying around the hotel property. Came to the door asking for food or money! We left after 10 minutes in the room. Bed looked like they were from Goodwill. Several people came up to us as we were leaving and asked if they could have our room. Tried to contact Booking.com at 888-627-3898 to complain and get a refund. . They kept telling me not to call be cause they were a travel agency. Isn't that what booking .com is??? Hung up on several times. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN. AND I WILL POST THE HORRIBLE HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EVERY AVAILABLE WEB SITE POSSIBLE.
