All around good stay.

Liked: No breakfast, staff was great.
Disliked: The pressure in the shower head was so high, that there was air blowing out of it too, and the curtain wasn’t staying in place.

Waste of money and disgusting

Liked: There was no staff available. My employees were harassed and I was charged for a room twice. Rigby staff were gone and had to get a hold or rexburg would not recomend
Disliked: There was a hug pile of shit at the front door

Liked: It was very clean and was in a perfect location for us!
Disliked: They gave us a double queen when we’d booked a king. There’s also the fact you can place an entire hand under the door when it’s shut, so it’s very easy to hear everyone and everything that’s going on.

Facility needs some serious updating,...

Disliked: Water took 10 minutes to get hot. The heater smelled like it was going to catch fire, so we froze at night because i was too scared to turn it on

Liked: I liked how close it was to my uncles house.
Disliked: Didn't like that there was no do not disturb sign. The fan in the bathroom screeched. There wasn't someone there to check in and it took long time for then to answer the phone to check in.
