Liked: Well we had to pay full price and our TV was broke and we had no wi-fi it was down , there was hair in the bathtub and the towels had stains on them and the beds were rock hard, and it's winter and they need to give us proper blankets for the winter, the cover they give you is a thin as a sheet. I should of got a major discount and didn't get no discount had to pay full price, and when I asked for a different room the only thing that was available was the TV was broke too!! And I wasn't told of any of these problems till after I paid and discovered myself.
Disliked: I would like a free stay or a refund. I think that would be suitable.
