Liked: The towels and sheets were all especially soft, better than any other motel 6 I've been to and the mattress was pretty comfortable. The in room fridge is always nice to have. Dog area with poop bags and trash.
Disliked: The door plate was loose and kinda sketchy, but functional. No in room coffee maker, though they did have some in the office. Some guy kept going out to smoke or vape right outside our door all night and kept waking up my dog.

Disliked: The staff. From the very start when arriving on property you could see it lacked tlc. The pool was so cloudy, I asked the fd Levi if he could tell me when it was last maintained and he said it had been MONTHS as it was the duty of the maintain man and he quit 3 months prior. They were pressure washing the property preparing for an Brand Standard inspection, that which they did not score too well. (I received emails sent form corp to the location due to staff not confirming destination printer before sending) The front desk rep by the name of TIFFIANY called the local police dept SEVERAL times stating my children were left unattended which was inaccurate and confirmed by surround tenants who had been there as long as me. They demanded I got rid of my dog, that I had owned for 12 years! Me and my family are currently homeless. SHasta county health and human services paid for our stay. I intended to extend and pay another 15 days this morning and I was informed I had been put on thew DNR list and they were keeping my $100 deposit and calling the police. This is absolutely ridiculous. to be treated this way when I actually went above and beyond to try and be helpful. I have been in the hospitality industry over 20 years. I Know the ins and outs like the back of my hand and am currently in the 2nd year of college getting a degree in Hospitality Business Management. I am disgusted they treat their guest this way
