Liked: Pool wasn't open was right next the the street which at night sounded like a drag strip person next to us was slamming stuff around until late hours

Disliked: I had to leave a $100 deposit for my dog and in the morning they couldn't find my paperwork with the $100 bill clipped to it, but in the morning I did get my $100 back in 20's. So no issue with the deposit but the night clerk must have pocketed the 100 bill.

Liked: I did not have the breakfast. I only had some green tea, and it was very good.The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.After checking out, I received a phone call from the front desk clerk informing me that I had left my comforter in the room. I was able to turn around and pick my comforter up without losing much travel time at all.I think the clerk's name was Alexander. Thank you.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and there were whisker shavings on the shower wall.

Liked: Almost nothing, the entire experience was pretty disappointing.
Disliked: The room was extremely dirty. I asked to be moved, and found hairs on the bed in the new room. I asked to be moved again and that was such a hassle because the only free rooms were on the second floor. The third room was also dirty, human hairs on the bed, on the floor and in the shower. And this point I gave up and slept with my clothes.I asked the manager for a compensation in the morning, and she directed me to write an email to the hotel management. No one return to my query until this very moment.
