Disliked: That they called me on the way to the location to tell me they had plumbing issues and had to transfer me to another location an hour away from where we needed to be and had to be there early to start our event. My son had to stay with someone else in order to avoid having to get up an hour earlier

Disliked: The staff is rude. The rooms are dirty and out dated, roaches, blankets n pillows nasty. The price is too high. The highway is loud. The truck stop is loud.

Rooms NOT available, even when...

Disliked: They overbooked my rooms and had nothing available when I arrived at 8 pm at night. You cannot trust them even when confirmed! No phone call either. Booking.com should not even list them
