Disliked: No hot water. Was told to let it run for 10 minutes. The floor was dirty and the room smelled bad.

Liked: Great location for purpose of our trip. Beds were excellent. Very comfortable.
Disliked: Property is starting to show neglect. We stay here several times a year. One time refrigerator was leaking from freezer part being iced over. This time water was puddling under vanity from a leak. Another time lamp an some of lights weren't working. It seems as if every time we stay in whatever room there is a problem. And of course because of economy room prices are going up.

Liked: Excellent location, right off Interstate - 30 seconds from the road Large car park!
Disliked: The property is needing work. A lot of it. Check in was slow, and complex. Unnecessarily so. Bed was uncomfortable - booked as it was £30 cheaper than your usual Marriott/Hilton group type hotels. Not worth saving the money. Pillows were awful. Mattress lumpy. Bed clothes unclean. Blankets ripped. Dirt on floor. Hair everywhere. Like balls of it!! Roof dirty, cobwebs. Flies everywhere. Paint peeling. Broken door, broken tv, broken sink, leaky bath, crappy shower. On check out, told the receptionist that the room was disgusting. Unfortunately, she did not speak English well and was delighted that I was pleased. I showed her pictures of the room, she just laughted and said “oh dear” Don’t waste your money. I will be contacting my credit card to try to refund via section 75. Gross. Unclean.

Liked: Room was clean! Nice and friendly staff!! Hot water!!
Disliked: Mat in shower was rolled up not sticking! pillows were a little lumpy and I couldn't get Wi-Fi to work!! Too expensive for 1 person to spend 1 night! But everything is too expensive!!
