Liked: Staff at night? That man is EXCEPTIONAL! Literally the best!
Disliked: This place isn’t that bad… Minus the fact I Almost lost my life in their parking lot. I had just done some shopping, was exiting my car when I dropped something , next thing I know, a barrage of bullets we’re flying less than 10 feet behind me!!!! I quickly unsnapped my sidearm as I ducked behind my car door & proceeded to witness a shootout happen alllll down the street! (Car being shot at didn’t take too kindly to being hit!) I love to joke about how if it’s my time, I’m ready! This experience show I should probably be a bit more careful in what I say. As you can imagine, quite traumatized from the whole experience and would you know , the girl who worked the following morning had a hissy fit because I asked for a late check out, telling me very rudely “We don’t allow late checkout! Please pack up quickly & vacate the room“ Like WHAT? You can’t giveas this a late checkout to a guest who almost lost their life in your parking lot? Okaaaaaaay 🥲 So, no late checkouts no matter the circumstances & be weary of that certain girl who works during the day!! she has the CRAPPIEST attitude always.

Disliked: Night Clerk, Was very rude, unwelcoming demeanor, makes me want to not want to check in next time I stay, if he is working I will stay down the street. He left me and my guest very uncomfortable like we were not of his standard for the motel.

Disliked: The gentle man at the desk would not rent my daughter and I the room that we had already book. because he said he didn’t feel comfortable with it! I wad upset about this and very Confused especially after driving all night. Idk what this man thought but it was not ok…we had to sleep in the car that night!

Disliked: as soon as i vot there they had informed I wasnt gonna be able to get a room there becasue they got nothing avaialable .... I told them i had a reservation and they told me ther still had nothing available..... I was teally dissapointed.....i also like to add that ive never had any problems there at all but the manager tjat day was reslly no help at all .... no effort wasoever to fix my problem

Liked: Nothing. The saying is, "We'll leave the light on for you." It was dark when we arrived and all the outside lights were out. Broken.
Disliked: Our non-smoking room had cigarette burns all over the blankets and curtains. There was a musty, smoky smell in the room as well. We decided to leave and go to a different hotel when we decided we just couldn't manage to stay. The front desk clerk didn't apologize about the conditions or offer to move us to a cleaner room without cigarette burns. She just seemed annoyed and upset and asked why we didn't tell her sooner. We asked to cancel our reservation and she offered to cancel just one night and then said we had to contact booking.com to cancel.
