If you’re a night owl...

Liked: I loved the smoking rooms. And the lady who helped me when I checked in. She had brown hair in a pony tail and neck tattoos was very nice and made me feel very welcomed
Disliked: But at night after the doors lock at 10PM me and my friends ordered door dash and we were a few seconds late from meeting the dasher and the front desk guy named Micheal a late middle aged balled man with glasses was extremely rude. Then on our last night we had our door open as we did every other night bc our air system doesn’t work in our room HE decided to COME INTO OUR ROOM and tell us it was us a se even though he was the only person who bothered us or came into our room and would not leave us alone. Last I checked there is no rule against having youre hotel room door open or ordering food. If there is they should let people know before hand not just barge into there room.

Liked: This place is never boring. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I've stayed here many times. I would be grateful for a free room once in a while. A rewards program maybe.

stay was a bit uncomfortable...

Liked: The location of the building was fine other than the fact we had people screaming about drugs across the hall and sounded quite angry. Definitely felt slightly unsafe and uncomfortable.
Disliked: There were cigarette holes burnt in our bed. Towels appeared dirty and not just stained. counter top was dirty upon arrival. Fridge had food stains left in wiped out. Room didn’t smell like it was cleaned well.
